We had a wonderful stay at the Oltrarno Apartment! The central location was perfect for exploring the sights of the city, and we loved being able to walk to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The host, Francesca, was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information about the area. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for our family of seven. We especially appreciated the privacy of each room and the comfortable gathering space. we highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Florence!
One small drawback was the misleading information about private parking. It is actually necessary to park at a parking building about 600m away from the apartment, at a cost of 35 Euros per 24 hours.

Place was beautiful and so close to Ink-p Screen Printing Shop. It had an own bathroom. A handy kitchenette was available for us to cook. There were GREAT restaurants close to the apartment.
